A. Host Program Terms

1. Independent Host Status

Selfie Paint Party Hosts operate as independent event operators.
Hosts are not employees, agents, or representatives of Selfie Paint Kits LLC or its subsidiaries.

This means:

• Hosts control their own marketing, scheduling, and event style
• Hosts set their own frequency and consistency of events
• Hosts choose their preferred venues
• Hosts may operate additional unrelated businesses

Selfie Paint Kits LLC does not control how, when, or where hosts run their business beyond product-related requirements.


Host Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund
Hosts who choose not to continue with the Selfie Paint Kits Host Program may request a full refund of their initial host fee. Refund eligibility applies in the following situations:

Before the First Event
If a host decides not to move forward with hosting any events after completing onboarding, they may request a full refund before their first scheduled event.

After the First Event
If a host completes their first event and determines the Host Program is not a fit, they may request a full refund within 7 days after the event.

Refund Requirements
To qualify, hosts must:

• Submit a refund request through our official support channel or email
• For post-event refunds, the first event must have been completed as scheduled
• Submit standard event photos or videos
• Return any unused required party materials, if requested

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The host cancels their first event
• Required documentation is not provided
• The request is submitted after the allowed window

Refund Processing
Approved refunds process in 7–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent.


2. Use of Selfie Paint Kits Branding

Hosts may use:

• The Selfie Paint Party program name
• Provided images and videos
• Approved marketing materials

Hosts may NOT:

• Create their own paint kits
• Produce variations of Selfie Paint Kits products
• Use the brand for unrelated services
• Modify brand assets
• Present themselves as corporate employees or franchisees

All intellectual property, including design methods, artwork, templates, and processes, remains the exclusive property of Selfie Paint Kits LLC.


3. Program Eligibility Requirements

To participate, hosts must:

• Be 18 or older
• Have access to a compliant event venue
• Maintain a safe environment
• Complete Gusto onboarding
• Use the official event submission form
• Agree to these Terms and Policies

Failure to meet requirements may result in suspension or removal.


B. Event Operations and Ticketing Policies

4. Ticketing Requirements

• Tickets must be sold only through the official host event page
• Hosts may not collect payments independently
• Ticket deadlines are automated and cannot be adjusted
• We handle all customer communication

Hosts must direct all attendee questions to support@selfiepaintkits.com or the QR code on each kit.


5. Ticket Cutoff Policy

Ticket sales close 9 business days before the event to allow for:

• Artwork creation
• Production
• Packaging
• Shipping
• Delivery at least 2 business days before the event

Deadlines are fixed.


6. Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations
Once a selfie is approved, refunds are no longer available.
If a guest cannot attend, they may:

• Pick up their kit later
• Have the host store the kit for a reasonable period

Host Cancellations

Hosts must:

• Notify Selfie Paint Kits immediately
• Understand attendees may be refunded
• Note kit production may stop depending on timing
• Expect payout adjustments if necessary

Repeated cancellations may affect eligibility.


7. Delivery and Shipping Policy

We guarantee delivery at least 2 business days before the event if:

• Dates were submitted on time
• Address was accurate
• No major carrier delays occurred

If kits are delayed, we will:

• Contact the carrier
• Replace or reship when possible
• Update the host with new timelines

Hosts agree to:

• Confirm delivery acceptance
• Notify support of concerns immediately


C. Host Conduct and Event Safety Policies

8. Host Conduct Standards

Hosts must:

• Maintain professionalism
• Use appropriate language
• Avoid offensive or discriminatory content
• Follow venue rules and local laws

Violations may result in suspension.


9. Safety and Venue Compliance

Hosts are responsible for:

• Following safety and occupancy laws
• Safe table and paint setup
• Clear walkways
• Reporting incidents within 24 hours

Selfie Paint Kits LLC is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe venue conditions or negligence.


10. Alcohol Policy

Selfie Paint Kits does not provide alcohol.
If alcohol is present:

• Hosts must follow state and local laws
• Hosts and venues must ensure responsible consumption
• Hosts are responsible for guest safety


D. Payout, Financial, and Chargeback Policies

11. Payout Schedule

Hosts are paid:

• Weekly
• One week after the event
• Through Gusto (direct deposit required)

Refunds or disputes may delay payouts.


12. Revenue and Ticket Breakdown

Each ticket includes:

• A base kit cost
• Host profit (ticket price minus kit cost)

Hosts may set their own ticket prices, but kit cost is fixed.


13. Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback occurs:

Selfie Paint Kits LLC disputes it
• Host payout may be adjusted
• If the chargeback is lost, host payout may be reduced


E. Marketing Policies

14. Marketing Responsibility

Hosts are responsible for their own marketing.
Selfie Paint Kits may provide:

• Images and videos
• Posting suggestions
• A recommended schedule

Marketing is optional to avoid franchise classification.


15. Brand Representation Policy

Hosts may promote:

• “Selfie Paint Party – {City Name}”
• Any event title using “Selfie Paint Party” or “Selfie Sip and Paint”

Hosts may NOT:

• Claim corporate sponsorship
• Advertise unofficial products


F. Communication and Support Policies

16. Communication Expectations

Hosts agree to:

• Respond within 24–48 hours
• Provide accurate event details
• Use Slack when possible


17. Customer Support Handling

Hosts should not respond to product-related issues.
Attendees must:

• Scan the QR code
• Contact support@selfiepaintkits.com

This ensures accurate assistance.


G. Program Modification and Updates

18. Program Evolution Policy

Processes, timelines, and tools may be updated as the program grows.
Hosts will be notified of significant changes.


H. Termination and Suspension Policies

19. Grounds for Suspension or Termination

Hosts may be suspended or removed for:

• Repeated cancellations
• Safety violations
• Misconduct
• Fraud
• Misuse of Selfie Paint Kits products
• Failure to communicate
• Attempting to mimic corporate branding
• Creating or distributing unapproved paint kits

Suspension decisions are made by Selfie Paint Kits LLC.


20. Voluntary Termination

Hosts may leave the program anytime.

After termination:

• Outstanding payouts will be sent
• Unfulfilled events may be canceled
• Attendees may be refunded
