THINGS TO KNOW
Price: Per Selfie Kit.
Canvas dimensions: 16" x 20" width & height and 0.65" thick - Industry standard sip & paint size for date night and group settings.
Painting time: 3–4 hours on average, depending on your selfie. If you don’t finish in one session, the quick-sealed paint pots store easily, perfect for turning your artwork into a two-night experience.

Image quality matters: Upload a decent-resolution image. Avoid screenshots or heavily filtered images, as the quality of your selfie kit depends on the quality of your image. We will contact you to request a new image if the quality is too low or the image is too filtered.
Customer approval step: You’ll receive a digital proof of your paint‑by‑numbers layout via email for you to approve before we print and ship.
If we do not receive your approval within 48 hours of sending the approval email, we will automatically approve and continue completing your order for shipping.
Because our paint kits are highly custom and made specifically from your photo, orders that are automatically approved cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for refunds related to the final artwork results.
If your order is not approved within 24 hours of the approval email, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the delayed approval.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Custom Order Policy: All sales are final after artwork approval or 48-hour auto approval due to no approval response. No refunds.
We ship all US domestic orders with an guaranteed delivery date shown at checkout. Delivery delays may occur if order is not approved in a timely manner or several revision requests are not completed in time.

When will things be restocked?
If sold out, our kits will usually be restocked as soon as possible after being sold out however with a much later delivery date.
How many paintings come with it?
Each Selfie Paint Kit comes with one kit. To use for a date night or group night add multiple paint kits to your cart before ordering.
Can I place an order and receive it before a specific date?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery before the specific date shown at checkout due to the complexity of our production process.
What are your product sizing details?
All of our paint kits are the industry standard sip & paint size of 16" x 20".
How long does the paint last?
Paint can last up to three months at room temperature but we do not recommend storing them over one month.

What if I don't like my selfie?
If you are not satisfied with your selfie results, we will do our best to make the necessary changes to meet your standards or refund your money.
What if my photo isn't clear enough?
For the best results, we recommend using a clear and decent resolution photo. If your photo is not suitable, we will inform you and suggest alternatives.
