We ship all US domestic orders with an expected delivery date shown in the notification bar at the top of the page.
Kits will usually be restocked as soon as possible after being sold out however with a much later delivery date.
How many paintings come with it or do you only get one for the price?
Each Selfie Kit is $100/a piece.
Each selfie is carefully crafted by a trained designer from Ray’s team of artists around the world not computer generated.
We will never compromise the quality of our paint kits. This decision does make them a premium sip & paint experience.
If you’re not satisfied, you get you money back.
Can I place an order and receive it before a specific date?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery before the specific date shown at checkout due to the complexity of our production process.
What are your product sizing details?
All of our paint kits are the industry standard sip & paint size of 16" X 20".
How long does the paint last?
Paint can last up to three months at room temperature but we do not recommend storing them over one month.
In the event you store your paint kit over the unrecommended month time frame or in very hot or cold environments we recommend checking your paint in case it isn't usable. Contact us at contact@raytennyson.com.
What if I don't like my selfie?
If you are not satisfied with your selfie results, we will do our best to make the necessary changes to meet your standards or refund your money.
What if my photo isn't clear enough?
For the best results, we recommend using a clear and high-resolution photo. If your photo is not suitable, we will inform you and suggest alternatives.
You can also crop the photo to focus on the best parts, ensuring a beautiful final painting.
