How many people can be in one image?
The number of people (or subjects) allowed depends on the paint kit you choose:
Selfie Paint Kit – 1 person in the image.
Couples Paint Kit – Up to 2 people in the image.
Family Paint Kit – Up to 2 subjects in the image. Subjects can be family members, friends, a person and their pet, or even two pets.
Pet Paint Kit – 1 pet in the image.
Iconic Paint Kit – 1 iconic figure in the image (such as a celebrity, historical figure, athlete, musician, or other well-known person).
At this time, we do not offer paint kits that support 3 or more people/subjects in a single image. This helps ensure the paint-by-number areas remain large enough to paint comfortably and produce the best possible finished result.
How many paintings come with one kit?
Each Selfie Paint Kit creates one painting.
For date nights, parties, or group events, simply add multiple kits to your cart.
Do I need painting experience?
None at all. Every section is numbered and color-coded. Follow along and enjoy the process — beginners love it.
How does the bundle discount work?
Add 2+ kits to save an extra 15%. Add 4+ kits to save an extra 25%. Discounts apply automatically at checkout — no code needed. Each kit can use a different photo.
How do I order multiple kits with different photos?
Upload one photo, add that kit to your cart, then upload the next photo and add again. Each kit is its own cart item — bundle discounts apply automatically at 2+ or 4+ kits.
What makes a good photo to upload?
For the best results, upload a clear, high-resolution photo.
Please avoid:
Blurry images

Heavily filtered photos
Dark or low-quality images
If your photo isn't suitable, no worries we'll contact you and request a replacement.
What are the canvas dimensions?
All of our paint kits use the industry-standard sip & paint size of 16" x 20".
The canvas is approximately 0.65" thick, making it perfect for date nights, group events, and paint parties.
How long does it take to paint?
Most customers complete their painting in 3–4 hours, depending on the complexity of their photo.
If you don't finish in one sitting, the paint pots can be resealed and stored for a future painting session.
How does the approval process work?
Before we print and ship your kit, you'll receive a digital proof of your paint-by-numbers layout via email for approval.
You can:
Approve the artwork
Request changes
Production begins once your artwork has been approved. Once your artwork is approved refunds are not eligible.
What happens if I don't approve my artwork?
If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of sending your approval email, your artwork will be automatically approved so we can continue production and avoid unnecessary delays.
Orders approved automatically follow the same policies as customer-approved orders. Once order is approved refunds are not eligible.
Can I request changes to my artwork?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with your artwork proof, simply select Need Changes from the approval email and provide feedback.
Our assigned artist will make revisions and send an updated proof for review. During this process you can cancel at any time if you're not satisfied.
What if I don't like the artwork when it's time to approve?
If you're not satisfied during the approval stage, we'll do our best to make reasonable revisions based on your feedback.
Your satisfaction is important, which is why we provide artwork approval before production begins. During this process you can cancel at any time if you're not satisfied.
How long does the paint last?
Paint can last up to three months when stored at room temperature.
For best results, we recommend using your paint kit within one month of receiving it.
Extreme heat or cold may affect paint quality.
Because of this, you're able to order today and request a later delivery date during your approval process. This way we can ship your order to arrive closer to your desired date.
When will sold-out kits be restocked?
If a product is sold out, it will typically be restocked as soon as possible with a later delivery date.
What is your return and refund policy?
You are able to cancel any time before approving your order.
Because every paint kit is custom-made from your personal photo, all sales are final once artwork has been approved by you or automatically approved after 48 hours.
Approved or automatically approved orders are not eligible for refunds related to artwork results.
What if my order is delayed?
We ship all domestic orders with a guaranteed delivery date displayed at checkout.
Delays may occur if:
Artwork approval is delayed
Multiple revision requests are required
Replacement photos are needed
Approving your artwork promptly helps ensure on-time delivery.
If orders are expected to be delayed we will do our best to notify you so we can plan and prioritize making sure your order arrives on your special day.
