Painting time: 4–6 hours on average, depending on your image. If you don’t finish in one session, the quick-sealed paint pots store easily.

Image quality matters: Upload a decent-resolution image. Avoid screenshots or heavily filtered images, as the quality of your paint kit depends on the quality of your image. We will contact you to request a new image if the quality is too low or the image is too filtered.
Customer approval step: You’ll receive a digital proof of your paint‑by‑numbers layout. Nothing ships until you approve it, ensuring you’re happy with the paint kit before we print and ship your kit.

How many paintings come with it?
Each Paint Kit comes with one kit for one person to paint. To use for a date night or group night add multiple paint kits to your cart before ordering.
Can I place an order and receive it before a specific date?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery before the specific date shown at checkout due to the complexity of our production process.
What are your product sizing details?
All of our paint kits are the industry standard sip & paint size of 16" x 20".
How long does the paint last?
Paint can last up to three months at room temperature but we do not recommend storing them over one month.

What if I don't like my paint kit?
If you are not satisfied with your paint kit results, we will do our best to make the necessary changes to meet your standards or refund your money.
What if my photo isn't clear enough?
For the best results, we recommend using a clear and decent resolution photo. If your photo is not suitable, we will inform you and suggest alternatives.
Very detailed but we enjoyed painting as a couple. This brought us closer together and I'm glad I made the purchase. Next we will paint one another. I can't wait for that date night❤️
Well originally, I loved this idea! We planned to take it on vacation, shipping suddenly changed to after our trip, but they offered to ship it out quicker, so we did get it on time. We finally start painting and we are missing multiple colors. I have been emailing them for a month about it with no response, but one, saying they’d send out the missing paint. So I told them which I was missing and still, no responses for a month. For what I spent, this shouldn’t be an issue. I can’t even get a partial refund because of their “policy” and still missing paints. So I spent all this money for an unfinished picture, from our engagement. Very disappointing.
I really enjoyed both of the paintings that I ordered, I love painting and crafting so this was a great experience, the only con I would say is the quality of the paints included. A lot of the colors are super thin and require so many layers to actually fill in the spaces.
I was very satisfied with the proofs, which led to the final product. i order the painting early as an Anniversary gift for my eldest brother and his wife.
Their satisfaction is yet to be expressed as they can't open the gift until 22 June 2026. I'd be more than happy to share their response after that occurs.

Gave it to my wife as a present. She’s still just getting started but we did realize that we are missing some numbers and colors, so might not be able to complete but hoping she can stretch the paint we do have to fill in the spots we don’t have.

The recreation of the photo was amazing. I specifically like that I was able to suggest revisions prior to finalization. However, the paint were all dried out and unusable. I had to use my own paints to complete the art.
This was my second time ordering to gift to someone and of course it was a 10/10.
The second order I had a few hiccups and delays but the customer service was excellent and though the product got to me a little later than expected it was well worth the wait. I'll continue to support this company/brand. Everything from the product to the service is quality!
This was truly an amazing experience. My husband and I hosted a sip-and-paint night at our home with two other couples, and it was filled with laughter, fun, and creativity. The canvas was a gift to us from one of the couples attending! Everything we needed was included in the kit—we didn’t have to purchase a single additional item—and the paint-by-numbers design closely matched our original photo, which we loved. After such a great experience, I immediately purchased three kits to give as gifts. Highly recommend!
I placed an order on October 18. On November 4, I received an email apologizing for not sending the approval request for my painting sooner. I approved it the same day. On November 22 I sent a email requesting a refund and to cancel my order and “the next day I get shipping confirmation “. I did receive my painting December 1. Today is December 8 and I still haven’t gotten a response from my cancellation request. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I do not feel confident making any future purchases.
